Application

Our application process includes three forms. Please print out the application information below, complete each form, and fax them to our community at 704.849.6984. If you prefer, you may bring them to our leasing office during normal office hours.

We are a non-smoking community and  only accept applicants that are 21 years or older.

1. Rental Application Form ~ Please fill in all necessary information. If you have any questions please contact us.
2. Rental Verification ~ Sign your name at the top giving us permission to request your rental history information, return it, and we will take care of the rest.
3. Employment Verification ~ Sign your name at the top giving us permission to request your employment history information, return it, and we will take care of the rest.
